Online path

  1. USSD session opened with carrier gateway.
  2. ZAIC PAY Core authenticates SIM + PIN.
  3. Multi-chain router selects optimal network (fees, liquidity).
  4. Transaction broadcast and confirmed on-chain.
  5. SMS receipt delivered to user.

Offline path

  1. User signs intent on SIM Toolkit (no internet needed).
  2. Encrypted payload stored in offline queue on device + carrier edge.
  3. On reconnect, queue auto-syncs to ZAIC PAY Core.
  4. Router broadcasts to chain in original order.
  5. SMS confirms settlement to sender + recipient.
